People...The Greenville Choral Society currently consists of five groups: The Concert Choir, the Youth Chorale, the Children's Chorus, Bella Voce and the Chamber Chorale. Our director/conductor of the Concert Choir is Dr. Jeff Ward, Associate Director of Choral Activities at ECU. The director/conductor for the Chamber Chorale is Lisa Stockard, and the Children's Choir and Bella Voce director/conductor is Paul Flowers. The position of director/conductor for our Youth Chorale is being staffed by choral conducting students from East Carolina University, under the direction and management of Dr. Dan Bara, former GCS Artistic Director and Concert Choir conductor. This season, we are pleased to welcome Eddie Adams and Blair Chadwick to the positions of co-directors of the Youth Chorale! Our current membership is made up of volunteers, with auditions taking place every August and January.
