Catherine H. Garner, DMA - Concert Choir Accompanist
Catherine H. Garner, DMA, a pianist and assistant teaching instructor on faculty at East Carolina University, Dr. Garner received a Doctorate in Collaborative Arts and Chamber Music under the direction of Dr. Jean Barr from the Eastman School of Music.  She received a Master of Music degree in Vocal Accompanying and Coaching from Florida State University and a Bachelors of Music in Piano Performance at Louisiana State University.  For three years prior to starting her Doctoral program, she was the faculty pianist at East Carolina University.  Dr. Garner rejoined the East Carolina faculty after completing her studies from the Eastman School, where she held a teaching assistantship for the undergraduate accompanying classes, and assistantships in studio accompanying and opera coaching.  Along with her active performing career she is currently a member of the piano faculty and the director of the Collaborative Piano at East Carolina University.

Alisa Gilliam - Youth Chorale Accompanist
Alisa Gilliam is an accomplished pianist, well known for her musicianship and ability to master the most difficult repertoire, and a highly sought after performer at the ECU School of Music.  She earned Bachelor and Master of Music degrees at ECU and since then has served as coach/accompanist for countless instrumental and vocal recitals and concerts.  In addition to the School of Music activities, Alisa is a pianist and ensemble director at Greenville’s Oakmont Baptist Church, chairman of the Greenville chapter of the National Guild of Piano Teachers, and adjudicator for NGPT and other piano auditions.  She studied piano with John Perry at the Aspen Summer Music Festival, and other teachers include Henry Doskey, Nelms McKelvain, and Elizabeth Drake.  Alisa lives in Greenville with her husband Jim, himself a gifted musician, and their three children.

Fran Wilson - Children's Chorus Accompanist
Mrs. Wilson is the accompanist for the Greenville Choral Society Children's Chorus and Bella Voce.  She received a B.A. in Elementary Education from East Carolina University and taught in Pitt County for 33 years.  While at ECU, Mrs. Wilson studied piano privately under Dr. Elizabeth Drake.  Mrs. Wilson is currently the accompanist for The Memorial Baptist Church, a post she has held for over 28 years.  She has accompanied several groups including Adoration at the White House and Carnegie Hall, school choruses, including Hope Middle School, and she directs a children's choir at church.  Mrs. Wilson is also a member of the Greenville Choral Society Concert Choir and the North Carolina Baptist Singers and Orchestra.
