The Greenville Choral Society Children's Chorus will be hosting the prestigious Piedmont Invitational Children's Choir Festival (PICCF) featuring seven of NC's best children's choirs on Saturday, 3/3 at The Memorial Baptist Church of Greenville. The students will work with clinician, Emily Williams Burch of the University of South Carolina on Friday and Saturday and will present a combined concert on Saturday afternoon that features each individual group as well as a mass choir made up of all of the choirs.
While this is not GCS' first time participating in this great event, it is our first time hosting and we want to share it with the Greenville community! The concert will be at 4:00 PM at The Memorial Baptist Church and it is free and open to the public so come out and enjoy some beautiful music from these fine groups:

The Greenville Choral Society Concert Choir will present a free concert of 'Hodie' (This Day), a Christmas cantata by Ralph Vaughan Williams at The Memorial Baptist Church, located at 1510 Greenville Blvd SE, Greenville, North Carolina 27858 on Saturday, December 16th at 7:00 PM. We will be collecting stuffed animals to donate to the TEDI BEAR Children's Advocacy Center so ask that attendees please bring a stuffed animal to donate. See you there!

Be sure to order your fresh-cut Christmas tree, garland, and wreath from the Greenville Choral Society! Items will be cut over Thanksgiving Weekend and will be available for pick-up on Sunday, November 26th from 1:30-4:00 PM at Peace Presbyterian Church, located at 301 Guiness Rd. Auditions for singers wishing to join the Greenville Choral Society Children's Chorus and Youth Chorale for the 2017-18 season will be held at The Memorial Baptist Church on Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 2:00-5:00 PM & on Monday, September 11, 2017 from 5:00-8:00 PM.
Auditions are very relaxed! The conductor simply needs to hear your voice and assess where you will fit in best within the ensemble. The audition will consist of the following components::
